The reservation form is a booking request and is not binding on you or the campsite.
Your reservation is only valid after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount or any other agreed amount.
Visitors who have not booked will be greeted upon arrival by reception, subject to availability on the day. Group reservations are not possible through our online booking system, but can be made by email and bank transfer upon prior agreement. Any group reservation made through our online booking system will be automatically canceled and the amount refunded.
Reservations can be made for 1 to 30 consecutive nights at the campsite.
Your pitch or accommodation will be available from 2:30 p.m.
Pets are welcome under certain conditions. Any disturbance (barking, droppings, or walking off-leash) will result in cancellation of the reservation. Pets are not allowed near the swimming pool.
Please read the campsite's internal regulations. The establishment reserves the right to interrupt your stay in the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations.
It is not always possible to extend your stay. Despite their best efforts, the campsite staff cannot guarantee that guests will remain on the same pitch.
Only guests over 18 years of age can be accommodated. Younger guests must be accompanied by their parents for the entire duration of their stay.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation of your reservation, payment will only be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of cancellation less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the deposit.
In the event of cancellation during your stay, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount for the specified period.
